Cozy, Clean, Convenient

The room was super cozy with a quaint kitchen nook that made it feel spacious! Loved how it was just minutes from the airport and easy access to highways. Plus, the downtown shuttle made getting to the main attractions a breeze!

We were there for 3 days, everything was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed its particularly good and unbeatable location short walk to Opryland shopping mall, the airport and Broadway, and downtown and broadway. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely fantastic with an even better value and bananas or apples, as for instance, you will not be disappointed.

The night bar is great.

I had an amazing time strolling around Nashville, because everything is so close by, with the Grand Ole Opry just a quick 10-minute ride away and downtown Nashville only 15 minutes, making it easy to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the city, plus there are plenty of great restaurants and bars just a short walk from the hotel like Latitude 36 Kitchen & Bar which is only about 500 meters away; the hotel itself offers comfortable beds and decent breakfast choices, although the room could use a bit of sprucing up to get rid of any musty smells that linger.

Quaint and clean, with a friendly staff that brightened the arrival, though one rude employee left a sour note. The spacious room was modern and comfy, perfect for unwinding before an important meeting. Convenient access to gas and food nearby made it easy to settle in. parking was a hassle due to the closed front entrance, and unexpected fees marred the experience. Decent breakfast, though it felt typical. Managing all these ups and downs makes it hard to decide whether I’d choose to return, but it certainly had its charm.

The suite was impressively spacious, featuring two king beds that were extremely comfortable. I appreciated the large lounge area, though it had no TV, which felt like wasted space. Unfortunately, the rooms were outdated and the overall layout was a bit strange. The smell in the hallways and room was a bit off, reminiscent of stale smoke. Temperature control worked well, maintaining a comfortable environment. Housekeeping didn't replenish towels or supplies, which was disappointing. Despite the room's size and comfort, it could benefit from a thorough refresh and improved cleanliness.

I had a pleasant experience here, everything was perfect, the location was decent next to downtown, airport, lower Broadway. All the employees were accommodating and fabulous. Stayed in excellent king room with a bedroom and the TV, as for instance.

Clean room. Convenient location. Ample parking. Nice lobby. Those are the highlights. Unpleasant noise from jackhammering at 5 PM isn’t ideal. The presence of local police added an unsettling layer; Check-in was smooth but lacked professionalism regarding a security deposit. A few inconsistencies bothered me. Maintenance issues went unchecked, and breakfast showed little variation. Staff courteousness was noted, yet responsiveness faltered. Essential amenities like receipts were mishandled. For a short stay, it suffices, but it needs refinement to truly shine. It has potential, but I approach with caution next time.
